30 Years of Experience: Solving Current Challenges

With three decades of hands-on experience in Law, Mediation, Public Administration and Prision System, Trademark, Civil Family, Immigration System, Commercial, I have developed a broad, strategic understanding of how to navigate complex legal systems, whether in public administration, corporate law, or prison system. As Brazil grapples with ongoing challenges such as urban violence, governance corruption, criminal organizations, and an overwhelmed prison system, and as the U.S. legal system faces similar struggles with overcrowded courts, prisons, and a growing immigration crisis, my professional background uniquely positions me to offer strategic, effective solutions,  ideal intersection of legal expertise, humanitarian values, and practical solutions that has enabled me to work effectively in high-pressure environments, reduce costs, promote fairness and efficiency and transparency with technical skills to drive transformative change.

As an Litigious Attorney licensed in two diffetenct countries, across continents, and I am in the process of obtaing my license in the third country, bringing global perspectives and cross -cultural understanding that allows me to offer innovative solutions. I am committed to delivering actionable solutions that not only streamline judicial processes but also promote social justice. I am confident in my ability to address the complex and multifaceted challenges currently affecting the U.S. justice system, bringing to bear innovative models such as centralized system and community-based solutions. I am a bilingual professional with international legal experience, deeply committed to to solve the pressing issues facing the U.S. legal system today. Through my experience in law and healthcare field, I bring a unique, multi-dimensional perspective to the table—ready to implement practical, efficient, and fair solutions that will reshape the immigration system to improving a practical level, saving a lot of money, reducing efforts.

With a robust background in Mediation,  corporate law and contract analysis, I have honed my ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance. My expertise extends to public administration, where I have contributed to policy development that improve operational efficiency. In the criminal justice system, I’ve worked closely with overcrowded prisons.  that can ease the burden on the U.S. judicial system. By driving reforms to improve the immigration system, I am committed to creating a unique centralized system for receiving, directing, and registering residents—particularly those without criminal backgrounds—in an organized manner. This system would categorize and streamline the immigration process, ensuring that each individual is accurately recorded and efficiently processed to provide these individuals the opportunity to contribute to the national economy by paying federal taxes in exchange for their rights and responsibilities as residents. By implementing such a framework, we not only ensure a more efficient processing system, but also create a fair and transparent path for immigrants to participate in the economic growth of the country while fulfilling their duties as contributing members of society.

I hold multiple certifications, including Merits Certification in mediation, homeowner certifications, and am continuously advancing my knowledge through continuous professional development in law, mediation, and public policy. Over the course of my career, I have received several prestigious awards, including recognition from the Brazilian award for my career and Orlando Police Department .

Having been instrumental in developing mediation systems, such as the CEJUSC in Brazil, my active involvement in the implementation and the tangible benefitts the system brought for the country between  managing the entire process from receipt, distribution, and storage of legal documents within the court’s internal systems, all the way through to the final mediation hearing and signed statement  and resulting in significant financial savings. My mediation skills allow me to work within centralized legal systems, providing cost-effective solutions to both parties in disputes, particularly where emotional and legal tensions are high. I have always been dedicated to giving back to this Country through volunteering with like Veterans Hospital and  the Red Cross.  I understand the critical intersection between law and healthcare, especially when it comes to dispute resolution in medical environments. My work in Brazilian Hospital has given me the skills to manage high-stress situations with decisiveness and compassion, enabling quick, fair resolutions that prioritize the rights of every person.

At the same time, I emphasize the importance of merit in decision-making and conflict resolution. By ensuring that merit—whether in legal proceedings, immigration processes, or professional opportunities—remains at the forefront, I strive to create an environment where individuals are recognized and rewarded based on their abilities, contributions, and qualifications, extracting emotions and separating what is wanted from what is necessary, thus ensuring a fair and objective approach. This balance between human dignity and merit is key to building a just, fair, and prosperous society. Professionals with over two decades of experience bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, proven track records and  their ability to adapt, innovate, deliver results across different legal systems and cultural contexts that distinguish them from those with shorter career spans. Their value extends beyond just the years of service; it lies in the insight and leadership they bring and the extensive background enhances their ability to offer practical solutions to both local and global issues, particularly in areas such as law, public policy, and immigration reform.
